The ApeCoin DAO Is Hosting A Twitter Space With The Five Special Council Candidates Tomorrow Night
As $Ape holders take to the polls and vote for the community’s next two Special Council members, the ApeCoin DAO’s current Special Council will host a Twitter Space tomorrow night with the candidates to find out more about their positions and beliefs.
“Join the Special Council & Special Council Candidates this Monday at 5:30pm PT, the ApeCoin DAO tweeted late last night. “Tune in to hear about their vision for the ApeCoin ecosystem. Jump on stage and ask the candidates why they deserve your vote. This will certainly be an invigorating and enlightening event. Your vote matters! Cast it on Snapshot before Wednesday 6pm PT and help shape the future of our ecosystem.”
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the ApeCoin DAO is in the middle of its second ever election season. Last week, during the DAO’s first round of voting, the community selected CapetainTrippy, ThreadGuy, KarmaPocket, Swickie, and Waabam to proceed to the DAO’s next round of Special Council voting!
Following last week’s vote, ApeCoin DAO Contributors are now heading back to the polls to determine which two Special Council candidates will replace Yat Siu and Alexis Ohananian on the board beginning this July.
The window to vote in the second round of the DAO's Special Council election is currently open and ApeCoin holders have until next Wednesday, June 28th at 9 P.M. EST, to cast their coins for their preferred candidate!
Remember, unlike the DAO’s first round of voting, this round is single choice. This means that $Ape holders will only be able to cast their coins for one candidate per wallet.
