Forget haunted houses filled with fake frights, because this Halloween season, the real scares are coming from pixelated spiders, sinister spikes, and other things that go bump in the NightShades!
It's a race against time in the voxel world of the Meebits as Knights, Ghosts, Watchers, Zombies, and crypto enthusiasts from across the blockchain descend into dangerous dungeons, hoping to escape the darkness and win a Meebit of their own!
“Dodge traps, outsmart creatures, and earn badges as you make your escape.,” Meebits wrote. “Clear every level in the fastest time to claim the top spot on the leaderboard.”
NightShades Escape is a two week competition featuring the game’s first map, dubbed the Castle, featuring 30 levels, with additional worlds set to open as the competition progresses.
while the first level may seem easy enough, don't let the darkness fool you! Between the terrifying traps, creepy creatures, and ticking clock, this game is not for the faint of heart. Players will need some seriously fast reflexes if they hope to escape the dungeon, climb the leaderboard, and claim a pixelated grand prize!

As the Gazette previously reported, Meebits teamed up with Clutch Markets to launch NightShades in September, inviting anyone and everyone in crypto to take part in an all new onchain survival trading game that's been bringing ghoulish green candles and scary red ones to these voxels' four realms every morning at 10 A.M. ET ever since!
