This Mutant Ape Wants To Trade His Florida Apartment For A Bored Ape

Would you rather own a Bored Ape or an apartment in Florida? If you’d rather have the apartment, this Mutant Ape Yacht Club member is looking to make a deal with you!

MAYC member, Nestor Justiniani (@donnjustiniani on Twitter), tweeted an open offer to the Bored Ape Yacht Cub community early Friday morning. His apartment for your ape.

“TAKING TRADE OFFERS FOR AN APARTMENT IN MIAMI IN EXCHANGE FOR EN APE! CURRENT VALUE OF ~300k! SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY DMS OPEN. BLAME FLORIDAMAN,” he tweeted.

The Bored Ape Gazette messaged Justiniani and confirmed that he is serious and provided the gazette with photos of the apartment that he is willing to trade.

Justiniani told the gazette that the property he is trying to trade is a studio apartment located in Davie Florida. “5 min from Hard Rock casino, 20 min from Wynwood, 30ish to Brickell. Brand new building, in an up and coming neighborhood. Seriously a fair trade,” he said.

Justiniani was introduced the world of NFTs and the BAYC by notable BAYC member, Floridaman. “He introduced me into NFTs, slowly but surely I realized the vision. My mutant is a consolation, I WANT AN APE.”

Currently, Justiniani owns one Mutant ape and three Bored Ape Kennel club dogs. While this is quite an impressive portfolio of NFTS, Justiniani says he needs an ape!

“Seriously, this technology has changed the world. WGMI simply off the fact we’re this early, but I understand the value behind BAYC. They’ve created something that has transcended NFTs and we’re a couple of moments away from apes reaching mainstream culture.”
