THREE’S COMPANY: BAYC Member And Entrepreneur Adam Weitsman Acquires A Majority Stake In Three Iconic NFTs From PTM, Including A Trippy Bored Ape And Its Matching Center Island Otherdeed!

Three’s company in the Web3 world as notable Bored Ape Yacht Club member and entrepreneur Adam Weitsman purchases a majority interest in three top tier pieces from Fragment founder PTM’s collection, including his iconic trippy fur Bored Ape and its corresponding Center Island Otherdeed!

Things were anything but boring on Friday when PTM announced that he and Weitsman had struck another deal, this time for his trippy fur primate, Bored Ape #23, its matching Otherdeed #23 located on the Otherside’s Center Island, and a rare piece of art by Tyler Hobbs.

“Big news! After our historic mega deal,  @AdamWeitsman and I are deepening our partnership,” PTM tweeted. “Today, he's acquiring a majority interest in three more marquee pieces, all very special to me: my trippy ape (my web3 identity since I can remember) along with its corresponding "Club Island" otherdeed, and my 1 of 6 Dark Lifestyle Fidenza by @tylerhobbes. Adam has become a very close friend and the more we talk the clearer it becomes that he will be one of the leading collectors in our space for a very long time. I'm excited to be along for the ride as a minority partner in his collection going forward.”

 

 

 

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, today’s deal between Weitsman and PTM comes four months after the notable collector purchased the four Mega Mutant Apes that used to star in PTM’s now defunct expanded Yugaverse project, Applied Primate, for an undisclosed amount.

 

 

With today’s majority stake pickups, Weitsman now holds: five of the 13 Mega Mutant Apes, four Bored Apes, one additional Mutant Ape, a Meebit, four Mega Kodas, 1,421 Otherdeeds, three Bored Ape Kennel Club pups, the Golden Key from Dookey Dash, 525 HV-MTLs, a CryptoPunk, and a Moonbird!
