Getting crypto natives and normies onto ApeChain just got a whole lot easier after Yuga Labs officially debuted its new Glyph platform, which lets anyone with an X account or email address ape in with ease!

Things were anything but boring around the swamp on Tuesday as Yuga Labs introduced the world to the newest onboarding tool in Web3.

“Meet Glyph: a simpler way to get on ApeChain,”Yuga Labs tweeted. “Connect your existing YugaID profile or create a new account in seconds with just your X or email login. Sign in (and ape in) with Glyph. http://useglyph.io.”

Glyph isn’t just an onboarding tool for Yuga Labs, it’s a piece of tech that anyone across the swamp and the ApeChain ecosystem is invited to integrate into their platforms. For today’s launch, Yuga Labs teamed up with 15 Made By Apes businesses and ApeChain platforms, all of whom are already integrating Glyph into their dApps.

“Shout out to our launch partners for integrating Glyph on their apps and sites: AIOW, ApeCtrlCom, Blever, CryptoRunGames, DashBo, Deck0xyz, Foxy Fam, GeezOnApe, H00dOffical, Mintotaurs, Other Page, Othersdie Wiki, Top Gobs, Typrical Tigers, and WinPad.” Yuga Labs tweeted

While Glyph officially launched today, Yuga Labs quietly rolled it out last week during ApeCoin and Formula 1 race team BWT Alpine’s digital poster drop.

When that launched, users were invited to create an ApeChain wallet via Glyph using Gmail, X  account, or Apple ID, all without even realizing they are on chain!

“If you claimed one of the F1 collectibles on ApeChain over the past few days, then you've used Glyph,” Yuga Labs CEO Garga tweeted after today’s announcement. “It's a super simple way to onboard onto ApeChain. This is the next evolution of Yuga ID, now structured so any ApeChain builder can use it.”

As more users experience Glyph firsthand, Yuga Labs is inviting every builder in the ApeChain ecosystem to try out the tech and start building with it.

“Glyph is the easiest way to onboard anyone onto ApeChain,” Yuga Labs Head of Product PP Man told the Gazette. “We experienced it in the Alpine F1 <> ApeChain activation. V proud w/ the team creating such a smooth experience. Coolest part -> Glyph is immediately available to all ApeChain developers.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, PP Man and the Yuga Labs team first revealed in March that they were working on an onboarding tool designed to get anyone on ApeChain in 75 seconds or less with just an email, X, or Apple ID and no KYC required when users onramp $500 USD or less.

“People should not care about onboarding,” PP Man said at the time. “That should be so easy that you go in there with one click. You sign up and then you’re playing on whatever app you wanted to try out. Users should care about the apps itself. This product should not outshine the apps. It’s so minimal and it’s the easiest onboarding system so users can actually use the app.”

The Bored Ape Gazette is working to bring you continued coverage of Glyph and will let you know how builders across the ApeChain ecosystem are integrating the tech into their platforms. Stay tuned for updates!
