From the forests of ApeChain to the phones of normies soon, Bored Ape Yacht Club member MMWalk’s FoxyFam mint is live, and everyone is invited to ape in and join him on an onboarding adventure of a lifetime!
On Tuesday, the highly anticipated FoxyFam project launched on Blever, inviting everyone in the ApeChain ecosystem and beyond to mint a Fox of their own for 77 $Ape each!
Theses Foxes aren’t just cute and cuddly woodland creatures that make for a great PFP ( check out ApeCoin CEO Cameron Kates profile HeadOfApe), they also double as a holder’s pass to FoxyValley, a world that MMWalk believes could help onboard many normies into Web3!
“So FoxyFam is building FoxyValley—a mobile RPG where you explore, craft, and rebuild the world with Foxy and his crew,” MMWalk told the Gazette. “Think Stardew + Animal Crossing + Sonic, but with ApeChain fueling it and actual ownership for gamers. Most people won’t even realize it’s blockchain at first… until they get an item they can sell for real money.”
At this time, MMWalk’s FoxyValley game is set to launch on the Apple and Android app stores in either June or July, coinciding with Yuga Labs’ Otherside launch, which FoxyFam also plans to make its mark on. Take a sneak peek at the gameplay below:
“We’re adding AI NPCs, multiplayer gameplay, and a full loot system through FoxyPacks. Mobile first, free to play, with some big expansion plans into Otherside using the Yuga SDK + ODK,” MMWalk teased. “we’re building the kind of game ApeChain needs. One that onboards normies, but also rewards holders. You can throw your IP in, get your Ape in-game, get extra perks, drops, and staking boosts. We’re trying to go big with this.”
