A FIRST LOOK: The Bored Ape Yacht Club Got A Glimpse Of Bicycle's Bored Cards Earlier This Week:

Bicycle playing cards upped the ante on its upcoming Bored Ape inspired deck after it made a quiet announcement earlier this week.

On November 2nd , Artcade, who previously collaborated with Bored Caviar to sell cashmere sweaters, took to Twitter and gave the NFT community its first look at Bicycle’s upcoming bored deck of cards.

In the image, viewers can see the card company’s Bored Ape, Bored Ape #1227, on what appears to be the packaging of a limited-edition deck of cards.

Following the Artcade’s post, BAYC member BoredPharmacist asked where they could purchase the boring deck.

Bicycle replied to BoredPharmacist and said that more information on its new cards is coming soon!

“Hi there,” Bicycle tweeted. “We'll have more information about our Bored Ape deck within the next few months. The deck will be coming out next year. Let us know if you have any other questions!”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Bicycle joined the BAYC on October 19th and teased “big ideas for partnering” with the community.

“It’s official,” Bicycle tweeted last month “We aped in. See you on the moon. We purchased @boredapeyc #1227, and we’ll be featuring him on a new deck of playing cards. We have some big ideas for partnering with the Bored Ape Yacht Club community, more to come soon.”

Bicyle’s Bored Ape is Bored Ape #1227. Bored Ape #1227 is a seven-trait brown fur primate with a sailor shirt, holographic eyes, and a Vietnam era helmet. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #1227 is the 1477th most rare primate, according to Rarity Tools.

Bicycle was brought into the swamp by Moonpay, according to Opensea data. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Moonpay purchased Bored Ape #1227 for $185,000 USD on June 7th, 2022.

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow Bicycle and will let you know when the company releases more information about its upcoming bored playing cards.
