A RAY-CORD BREAKING BUY: J.P. MoreGainz Purchases Another TechnoHelmet Wearing Del Mundo For 5 ETH. Now He Owns Them All!

On Friday, CryptoPunk holder and collector J.P. MoreGainz acquired another TechnoHelmet wearing Del Mundo for a Ray-cord breaking 5 ETH, officially cornering the TechnoHelmet trait with both grails now in his collection.

“I now own both Technohelmet @D3lMundos,” J.P. MoreGainz tweeted. “I have no idea what these will be worth to others in the future, but to me, owning 2 of the top 3 rarest pieces from the best collection to come out in years is priceless. So happy help energize the community with these grail sales. PPP!”

 

 

 

Following his purchase, the Del Mundos team took to the timeline with a behind-the-scenes look at how they crafted the TechnoHelmet trait and congratulated J.P. MoreGainz on securing both.

As the Gazette previously reported, making moves in the Del Mundos market is nothing new for J.P. MoreGainz. Last month, he was the top bidder in the project’s first 3ditions auction, acquiring the #1 “3” silver pendant for 0.5 ETH.

 

 

For J.P. MoreGainz, being bullish on Del Mundos just makes sense, considering the collection wasn’t digitally generated but physically created using recycled plastics and fabrics that were carefully posed and photographed before being minted onchain.

“The first thing that struck me about Del Mundos was the analogue nature of the collection, J.P. MoreGainz previusly told the paper. “Each piece was painstakingly handmade and photographed to produce the final product… This is very unique among NFT PFPs, and the quality is top notch. I did some modeling when I studied theatrical design in college, so I know how difficult it is to achieve that level of detail.”
