Ape Edition Is Selling Collectibles To Commemorate Snoop Dogg& Eminem's VMA Otherside Performance

Ape Editions has partnered with Snoop Dogg and Eminem to sell all sorts of collectibles to commemorate the pairs Video Music Award performance of their hit song “From The D 2 The LBC.”

During this year’s VMAs, Bored Ape Yacht Club Members Snoop Dogg and Eminem performed their hit song “From The D 2 The LBC” live as the rappers Avatars and Bored Apes traveled through the Otherside metaverse.

After the performance, the rappers announced that they were working with Ape Editions to sell commemorative collectibles such as comic books, bobbleheads, posters, and skateboard decks.

The Bored Ape Gazette reached out to Ape Editions to find out more about the collectability of the items from this drop.

“In terms of the long-term collectability and significance of these pieces, you have two of the biggest artists in the world who used their Bored Apes as characters in a world-class music video directed by James Larese worthy of an MTV VMA nomination for Best Hip Hop Video of the year, Dan at Ape Editions told the Bored Ape Gazette. “On top of that it's their first collaboration together in over 20 years! We not only feature illustrations from the video itself, but also fine art prints captured on location by world-renowned photographer Jeremy Deputat. Telling stories through limited editions and collectibles is a way to preserve the history, bringing fans and collectors closer to the icons who were there while it was happening.”
