Nearly two thousand pengus turned into pyros this week, opting to burn their limited time Pudgy Penguins mystery boxes for a soulbound “Box Burner” token that could be anything.

Things were hot around the igloo this week after Pudgy Penguins presented its Dyli mystery box NFT holders with a choice: burn their boxes for a soulbound token, keep them sealed onchain, or get them shipped and see what’s inside!

 

 

After two days of pondering, 1,989 Pudgy Penguins mystery box buyers opted to set their boxes ablaze, risking the guarantee of getting a vinyl collectible, igloo apparel, unreleased items, special 1/1s, or other surprises for the unknown of an SBT.
