APE IN: Gamers In The Philippines Region Can Now Download Dookey Dash Unclogged and Participate In The Games Tech Test!

Filipino gamers are donning their hazmat suits, grabbing their plungers, and diving headfirst into the sewers below the Bored Ape Yacht Club this evening after Yuga Labs announced that its Dookey Dash Unclogged Tech Test is now available for download in the Philippines region!

Mutant Monday was insane around the swamp after Yuga Labs gave the community an updated timeline for the release of Dookey Dash Unclogged and announced that Filipino Apes were invited to participate in the game's first-ever tech test today!

“Get your plungers ready. The Dookey Dash: Unclogged pre-season tech test launch begins 3/26 for players located in the Philippines,” Yuga Labs tweeted earlier today. “Phase 2 will kick off soon for players in Canada, Australia, Germany, Singapore, Netherlands, UK, & France followed by a global launch by May 2024.”

“Our aim is to get Yuga and DDU into millions of pockets, and for that to happen we need the game as battle tested as possible before opening the game up globally,” Yuga Labs Co-Founder and CEO Garga tweeted just before the announcement. “Doing a soft release in limited regions like this is key to a successful worldwide rollout. Can't wait to see how many bugs @baykada smashes over the week. More regions as well as the full launch coming soon. And if your region isn't included, don't fret: Season 1 and other special aspects of the game can't be enjoyed until the global launch anyway.”

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, season 1 of Dookey Dash Unclogged will be open to Apes, Degens, and Normies alike, offering tons of customization options and opportunities for creators to sell user-generated content. Additionally, it will feature a prize pool of  $Ape and 'censored prizes worth at least one million dollars!

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow Yuga Labs’ Tech Tests and will keep you posted on everything happening in the sewers! Stay tuned for updates!
