ApeCoin DAO Contributors Can Now Nominate Themselves For This Summer's Special Council Election

Election season 2023 is underway at the ApeCoin DAO and the window for $Ape holders to nominate themselves for the DAO’s second Special Council election has officially opened!

Starting today, May 7th, ApeCoin DAO Contributors who hold at least one ApeCoin are invited to throw their hat in the ring and launch their campaign to be on the DAO's next Special Council.

In order to officially nominate yourself for this election, $Ape holders will need to fill out the Google Docs forum on the ApeCoin website here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdkQp1h6Sco8cuNUa_7x1AYJ0Iiho6LoQ-o3mFmpXMDO2eGSA/viewform

To run for $Ape office, prospective nominees will need to submit their full name, date of birth, address, country of residence , Discourse username, their Twitter profile, email address, phone number, educational background information, and professional background experience to the to the DAO.

“The Ape Foundation is a legal entity that must collect information and documents for KYC purposes,” ApeCoin DAO Steward Amplify explained. “The information provided shall remain confidential or made public on the nomination profile at the discretion of the Applicant.”

ApeCoin DAO contributors who are interested in nominating themselves for this summer's Special Council election have until May 20th at 9 P.M. EST to submit their applications to the DAO and launch their candidacy!
