Its Friday Fun-day at the Bored Ape Yacht Club today as members have began to receive their rolling Stone X BAYC collab prints.
On Friday, BAYC members took to Twitter and shared the first images of their Rolling Stone BAYC and MAYC collab art prints.
“Awesome delivery for a #Friday,” BAYC member Block3strategy tweeted along with a photo of his prints. “Thanks so much @RollingStone @BoredApeYC.”
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the Bored Ape Yacht Club announced its second Rolling Stone Collab earlier this summer during Ape Fest.
“Gm apes - we’re stoked for the first night of ApeFest. To kick things off, we’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with @RollingStone again for two 1/1 NFTs (one BAYC and one MAYC),” the BAYC tweeted at the time.
Based on the two certificates of Authenticity that Block3strategy shared in his tweet today, it appears that only 1550 Rolling Stone X BAYC prints were made while 1250 Rolling Stone X MAYC prints were made, according to the edition size on each document.
Along with selling 2800 Art prints, the BAYC and the Rolling Stone also sold a one of one NFT version of each print.
The 1/1 BAYC X Rolling Stone NFT was purchased by Wallet 0xe578 AKA BAYC member Nate Bolam for 42,106.05 $APE or $189,477 USD, and the 1/1 MAYC NFT was purchased by BAYC member BrandonKangFilms for 22,696.969 $APE or $103,271 USD.
