B(ored)MW: The Bored Ape Yacht Club And BMW Team Up To Create An ApeCar And They Need Your Help Picking The Artist!
Buckle up, Apes! The Bored Ape Yacht Club is hitting the gas with luxury automaker BMW to create a one-of-a-kind, custom-designed car made by Apes, for Apes!
The BAYC community is revving up with anticipation this evening after the club announced its latest partnership with BMW, which will bring an Ape-designed 'Ape Mobile' to life at this year’s ApeFest in Lisbon!
“Welcome to the Bored Ape Bimmer Club,” the club tweeted. “BMW and BAYC are partnering to create a 1:1 ApeCar with one BAYC community artist. 5 BAYC community artists were selected by BMW and BAYC to re-imagine the exterior of a unique 2025 model that will be revealed at ApeFest Lisbon. Apes and Mutants can now cast their vote (one per wallet) in the link below and decide which artist’s vision will come to life. Voting closes on September 6th at 12:30 pm ET.”
The five artists that BAYC and BMW picked to design an ApeCar for ApeFest are Maggie Mae, Pauser, Bejado, Popil, and Rida. Take a look at each artist’s ideas for their ApeCar below:
