From Faze Banks to Faze broker!

On Thursday, longtime NFT collector and Market Bubble co-host FaZe Banks purchased StonkBroker #271 for 7.68 ETH, or $14,605 USD.

 

Prior to tonight’s pickup, Banks joined his Market Bubble co-host Ansem on stream, where the two explained why they like the stonk.

“The two parts that really jumped out at me were NFTs. I still own fucking CryptoPunks. That’s how I got introduced to crypto in the first place,” Banks said. “So I check the NFTs, and I like the way that they look, so it checks that box for me. Then the second thing is it’s paired with the token one-to-one, so the price of it is more reliant on the token than anything else… And the fact that the fees get returned in the shape of stocks, Apple, Amazon, etc. This is cool to me, and I fuck with that, and my knee jerk reaction was to buy it… Then I’m thinking about it, and I’m like, when was the last time I bought an NFT? I go and check, and the last time was three years ago!”

 

 

 

Like Banks said, he hasn’t purchased an NFT in years, but when he was actively collecting J-Pegs years ago he bought the best.

Banks’ NFT collection includes a Zombie CryptoPunk, a Bored Ape, 72 Otherdeeds, an Azuki, a Doodle, a Meebit, and more, accoridng to OpenSea.

 

At the time of this article's publication, Banks owns two StonkBrokers and appears to have activated them both.
