Bored Ape Yacht Club Member And Rapper Lil Baby Won His First Grammy Last Night
Bored Ape Yacht Club member Lil Baby hit the Grammy’s like a Hurricane last night winning an award for Best Melodic Rap Performance at the event.
Lil Baby won the award alongside fellow rappers Kanye West and the Weeknd for their work on the song “Hurricane.”
This was Lil Baby’s first Grammy win after being nominated for various Grammy’s the last two years.
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Lil Baby joined the BAYC on October 27th, 2021.
Lil Baby’s ape is Bored Ape #129. Bored Ape #129 is a six-trait pink fur ape with a tank top and a baby’s bonnet. Lil Baby purchased Bored Ape #129 for 37.99 Eth or $151,960 usd.
Since joining the swamp, Lil Baby has been a staple of the community performing at Ape Fest 2021.
