Monday was anything but boring at the Bored Ape Yacht Club as a notable crypto whale went on a shopping spree!

BAYC member J1mmy.eth purchased eight Bored Apes for 888.98 Eth or $1,383,000 USD.

J1mmy.Eth kicked off his spree by sweeping the BAYC floor and purchasing four Bored Apes.

The notable BAYC member didn't stop there. J1mmy continued his bored buying a few hours later and picked up three more Bored Apes.

J1mmy then finished his shopping spree on a stylish note.

The Prominent collector aped into a suited up Bored Ape for 350 Eth or $555,000 USD.

Bored Ape #5718 is a seven-trait red fur primate with a black suit and a spinner hat. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #5718 is the 657th most rare ape, according to Rarity Tools.

Following J1mmy’s spending spree, the Bored Ape Gazette reached out to the notable collector and asked him why he aped into more apes today.

“I was bored and decided to pick up some nice-lookin’ apes to join my world - and rebrand myself in the process,” J1mmy told the Gazette. “My gold captain is a member of KINGSHIP and that's a full-time gig. ya dig?”
