BOT’S BEST FRIEND: HV-MTL Owner Adam Weitsman Teases The Upcoming HV-MTL Pets Collection

HV’s best friends are heading to the blockchain.

On Sunday, HV-MTL owner Adam Weitsman teased the launch of HV-MTL Pets, a new secondary collection that holders can only obtain by burning their Bots.

“Burn 1 or more Activated evo1. Get a Pet,” he tweeted. “The more you burn the rarer the Pet. This and so much more coming up in 2026.”

 

 

As the Gazette previously reported, Weitsman and his business partner Gabe acquired the HV-MTL project from Faraway Gaming Studios earlier this year, promising top-tier developers, strong art direction, and eventual integration into Otherside.

 

Earlier this month, that vision began taking shape when the duo officially rebooted the Bots on December 8th, inviting holders to reactivate their HV-MTLs and claim their AMP pieces as part of the project’s next phase.

 

This reactivation marks the first step toward everything Weitsman and Gabe have planned for HV-MTL holders. Moving forward, each holder will face a choice, upgrade their Bot to its EV02 form, or burn it to receive an HV-MTL Pet.
