CONGRATS GRADS: Made By Apes U’s Second Cohort Earned Their $Ape Diplomas And Are Ready To Build!

Pomp and circumstance echoed around the swamp earlier this week as Made By Apes University’s second cohort of bored builders walked across the metaphorical stage, accepted their MBA diplomas, and prepared to ape back into the Web3 world with the tools to grow their businesses!

On Wednesday, the April 2025 class of Open Campus, the Bored Ape Yacht Club, and ApeCoin Updates’ Made By Apes U officially graduated from the four week program.

“CONGRATS to the #mbAPE_U Cohort 2 Graduates,” ApeCoin Updates tweeted. “12 incredible #MadeByApes builders brought their A-game over 4 weeks! Their energy, creativity, & passion lit up every session and breakout room. The vibes were unreal!! We can’t wait to see what's next for you all!”

This second graduating class featured a cast of familiar faces from around the swamp: NFT Drew from Dreww Security, Pequelord from Sloooths, BadTeeth from Raraavisapp, Web3Jade from Reality X, BlueEyeQueen, CryptoSheep from Bored Statues, ApeWahle from Boring Merch, MindfullyBored, Dutchee, Vishweb3 from HypeKols, MintyFreshVibe, and Mutant Beer!

“It's been amazing to be part of the Ape University family once again in Cohort 2,” Mutant Beer tweeted after graduation. “This has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of our journey so far. The wisdom, experience, support, and kindness of our mentor Frank as well as the entire mbApe_U and  @opencampus_xyz family have deeply inspired us. Thank you  @apecoin @ApeCoinUpdates for creating this incredible space for growth and for helping us keep doing what we love: connecting people through technology. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Made By Apes U feels a lot like a business school capstone class, just sped up! The four week course is packed with mentors, online meetings, and discussions that challenge Apes to think critically about their brands and business models, giving them the chance to learn and grow.

“Honestly the most important thing to me continuing to provide resources for the builders in this ecosystem, so being able to see another cohort coming through APE_U is always a special feeling,” Program Lead AllCity told the Gazette.

 

Every graduate from this second cohort will receive 500 $Ape to help grow their businesses.

Looking ahead, AllCity says applications for the third cohort will open soon and bored builders at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey should consider applying.
