COPY PASTA: Bored Ape Yacht Club Members Are Posting Photos Of Some Of The 'Greatest NFTs Imo.' Find Out Why:

Bored Ape Yacht Club members are sharing photos of some of the 'greatest NFTs' on the timeline today in a new copy pasta trend that was started by Yuga Labs Co-Founder, Gordon Goner!

On Thursday, MachiBigBrother’s ApeCoin DAO funded Digital Art Movement initiative made waves around the swamp by purchasing  longtime BAYC member 0xWave’s Gold fur Ape for 500 ETH or $1.92 million USD.

After the sale, Yuga Labs Co-Founder Gordon Goner wrote that Bored Ape #830 was ‘a true classic.’

Goner then shared a photo of his Bored Ape with the caption ‘One of the greatest NFTs imo.'

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-media-max-width="560"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">One of the greatest NFTs imo. ❤️ <a href=""></a></p>&mdash; GordonGoner.eth (Wylie Aronow) 🍌 (@GordonGoner) <a href="">March 8, 2024</a></blockquote> <script async src="" charset="utf-8"></script>

From there, BAYC members copy pasta’d Goner's post with images of their Apes!

Copy pasta to celebrate milestones is nothing new around the swamp. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Apes and Voyagers took to Twitter last week and shared photos of their Apes alongside the 3D-modeled versions of their primates from Yuga Labs’ recent Apes Come Home events in a copypasta trend!

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow all the copy pasta around the swamp. Stay tuned for updates!
