DJ Khaled Appears To Have Joined The Bored Ape Yacht Club Last Night. What We Know So Far:

DJ Khaled appears to have joined the Bored Ape Yacht Club at his birthday party yesterday evening, according to this apes Instagram story.

BAYC member Austin Rosen, the founder of management label Electric Feel and has co-writing credit on several Post Malone hit songs, attended DJ Khaled’s birthday party yesterday evening and posted to his story videos that suggest that DJ Khaled has joined the BAYC.

The first story Rosen posted was of the record producer dancing with the caption, “Happy birthday my brother you live a life!!!”

Hours later, Rosen post another video to his story of DJ Khaled discussing bored apes. “A bored ape,”DJ Khaled says while looking at his cell phone. In the background you can hear someone say that he bought it.

Rosen then post another video showing DJ Khaled on a facetime call asking questions about his purchase.” This shit crazy, this a new world.” Along with the video, Rosen also @’ed the crypto company Moonpay.

Moonpay has been onboarding celebrities into the BAYC for weeks. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Moonpay onboarded Lil Baby, Post Malone and Jmmy Fallon.

At the time of this articles publication, It is unclear which Bored Ape DJ Khaled purchased. But Moonpay, who Rosen @’ed in his Instagram stories, did purchase Bored Ape #2263 and Bored Ape #7380 in the past 24 hours, according to the companies Opensea activity. Even though Moonpay made these purchases, this does not mean that either of these primates are DJ Khaled’s ape.
