FLIPPING THROUGH THE FUTURE OF FINANCE: Clutch Markets' 0xSimpleFarmer Teases Clutch TV, An All New Robinhood Chain Streaming Service!

The future of onchain finance will be televised. The only question is how!

On Halloween, while most people were out trick or treating and doing the Monster Mash, Clutch Markets founder 0xSimpleFarmer was hard at work in his lab, cooking up an all new streaming platform for Robinhood Chain that combines the best of crypto's social metas past with the future of onchain stocks!

“Previous cycles' strongest trading economies were enhanced by streaming services linked to blockchain rails,” he tweeted. “So I figured Robinhood Chain could use its own, a place for users to discuss tokens, onchain stocks and new developments while also streaming to X.”

This new dApp, tentatively dubbed Clutch TV, isn't just another copy and paste version of YouTube or Twitch. Instead, it combines familiar features from crypto's past with new financial primitives built for Robinhood Chain!

The platform would let viewers tip their favorite streamers using tokenized stocks, while also introducing NFT based social passes that grant holders access to private, token gated chats, similar to “keys” from the friend.tech era.

Clutch TV would also integrate 0xSimpleFarmer's Anvil AMM technology, allowing these NFT social passes to be paired with a token, potentially creating an entirely new onchain economy around streamers and their communities!

Tonight, 0xSimpleFarmer says that Clutch TV is built and ready to go. But the only question left though is how he should roll it out.

“The only question is whether I deploy this product myself as Clutch TV merged with Pager, or turn it into another fun experiment,” he tweeted. “What do you think? What should I do?”

The Gazette will continue to follow all things Clutch Markets and keep readers posted on what 0xSimpleFarmer decides to do with Clutch TV, and when viewers and creators can tune in or start streaming themselves. Stay tuned for updates!
