FORE THE GOBS: GobsOnApe And NotGucci Tee Up A Golf Inspired Merch Drop Just In Time For The Masters!

From the greens of Grimhold to the greens of Augusta, Gobs on Ape are teeing up with a notable golfing Gob for a fresh merch drop just in time for the Masters!
The 90th annual Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia, tees off next week, but before Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Bryson DeChambeau, and maybe even Tiger Woods hit the links, the Gobs are already taking a swing at style alongside fellow Gob NotGucci in a collab they hope is a hole in one.
“Fore the Gobs,” the project tweeted. “Merch Collab with @notXgucci . April 1st. (we hope)”
As GobsOnApe announced the collab, the project’s founder and Yuga Labs Head Engineer James Hall shared four photos of the “golf edition” collection, giving everyone a closer look at the Tee shirt and hoodie that will be available in their digital pro shop.
This Gobs golf apparel comes nearly one year after NotGucci took over the timeline with his “Gobs Like Golf” edits, where he pixelated the Masters’ iconic hat and put it on Gobs!
“I play golf as a hobby IRL, have played for around 10 years or so,” NotGucci told the Gazette last year. “I love the Masters more than any other golf tournament for its history with Tiger Woods mainly, watching his comeback in 2019 when he last won was something very exciting. So I just saw a masters tweet yesterday ) and thought to myself to make a special gob just for fun.”
