Gamer against Ape. Ape against Gamer. All to determine who’s number one in the stalls. Shit’s about to get real on the Otherside tomorrow as 16 creators from the Web3 gaming community and ApeChain ecosystem shrink down and shoot it out in the metaverse’s first third party created experience, Bathroom Blitz, with $10,000 on the line!

On Friday, gaming and lifestyle company WayFinder is teaming up with Bored Ape Yacht Club member CryptoVonDoom’s Command Line gaming studio to host their first ever Bathroom Blitz tournament, dubbed Creator Clash.
“Hosting this Otherside tournament is HUGE,” WayFinder Founder Spike told the Gazette. “My mission has been to onboard new gamers to Web3, and this is the perfect stage to bring Web2 and Web3 together through competitive gaming and culture.”
Tomorrow’s tournament will feature familiar faces from around the swamp like NGBShpend, and of course, the game’s highest ranked player, DinoPawnz, who has racked up over 6,000 kills since Bathroom Blitz launched last week.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Bathroom Blitz is an always-on, 8v8, team deathmatch style shooter set in the bathroom of the Bored Ape Yacht Club. The experience, created by Command Line using Yuga Labs’ Otherside tech, is filled with winks and nods to the best club on the internet.
The Bathroom Blitz Creator Clash tournament will stream live on X via Spike’s account, @SpikeCollects, and will also air on Twitch.
