FROM ONE CHAIN TO ANOTHER: Clutch Markets’ Next Special Project, TickerYard, Wants To Make Moving Assets Across Crypto Easy!

Going from one chain to another should be easy and with the next project coming out of Clutch Markets’ Special Projects incubator, it will be.

From Ethereum to Solana and ApeChain to Robinhood’s new L2, crypto is increasingly omnichain. NFTs get minted in one ecosystem while new utility unlocks in another.
And while more use cases are great, actually moving an asset across these chains is still a painful experience that’s not for the faint of heart.
That’s why TickerYard is getting ready to launch as the next Special Project from the StonkBrokers ecosystem. Its first focus? The most novel part of Robinhood Chain, its tokenized stocks.
“Phase I discovers eligible paths from interoperability and liquidity providers, validates them against the user’s exact asset intent, and ranks them under a disclosed policy,” TickerYard wrote in its Whitepaper. “Its first specialized vertical is tokenized equities, explored through certificate-mirror and fungible wrapping models. Phase II proposes a canonical-vault and representation network through which an eligible asset may be locked on its origin network and represented across supported destinations.”
Simply put, TickerYard hopes to become an easy to use interface for moving supported assets wherever the action is happening in crypto, without forcing users to navigate bridges and all the other complexities that can stop someone from exploring the onchain world.
In the Whitepaper, the team also introduced the Yardkeepers Participation Network, made up of a collection of 3,333 NFTs that act as portable “seats.” While these NFTs will not earn anything simply by being held, Yardkeeper owners who reach Anvil Tier 4 potentially perform work for the protocol.
“The end state is not a world without chains or trust,” the team wrote. “It is a system in which chain, route, representation, custody, work, and economic choices are made explicit, constrained by accounting and solvency invariants, and presented through one coherent interface.”
