GEEONE YEAR 1! Saturday was PNutz on ApeChain as everyone celebrated the one year anniversary of the GeezOnApe mint!
On this day one year ago, 5,555 loveably dim witted 3D gorillas created by longtime Bored Ape Yacht Club members and builders Rida, Xeer, and Allo minted out in seconds for 33 $Ape or about $13 USD each. Since then, it’s been nothing but Geez on top!

The Geez celebration kicked off on the Let’s Geez About It Space with Amp and Leo, where thousands of community members tuned to Geez!
“it’s insane that we are here,” LEO said. “One year ago this all came to fruition and became the very fiber and fabric of ApeChain. What we’ve created, what we’ve been pushing forward, all these amazing communities in this entire ecosystem, its been insane. Rida you’ve been pushing since day 1 of the Geez…It doesn’t stop!”
Throughout the Space, ApeChain legends like Uncle Mac, Pancho Poppins, Stacy, Roc Sol, Grateful Ape, and many more stopped by to do giveaways, share stories, and celebrate the community. Wong even made an appearance and briefly spoke, and everyone just Geez’d about it!
“It’s been surreal dude, its been a year. Can you jus ttihnk about that,” Xeer said. “ I don’t know how we did it, but Rida just keeps spending all the money but we are still around somehow.”
Following the Space, the ApeChain community put on its Geez Day best and aped into the Otherside for a special GeezOnApe edition of Other Games, with $Ape, Geez NFTs, and a ton of PNutz up for grabs!
