The pipes below the Bored Ape Yacht Club are ready to burst as longtime Bored Ape Yacht Club member and Fuego Labs founder, Fuego, launches a brand new mobile game from the gutter, with 1,000 $Ape up for grabs!
It’s game on across the ApeChain ecosystem and beyond this evening after Fuego released the beta version of his highly anticipated Sewer Shooters game on the Apple App Store and Google Play, inviting everyone to pick up a rifle and sludge it out!
“Sewer Shooters public beta is live,” Fuego tweeted from the game’s X account. “Jump in the sewers to kill some rats, roaches, and poop. 1000 $APE prize to the highest score on the leaderboard! Free to play for everyone and anyone! Download now.”
For Fuego, Sewer Shooters was a long time coming, and he hopes it resonates with younger gamers while introducing them to Web3 and the BAYC.
“It's a shitty sewer game and you'll get shit all over you,” he told the paper. “I decided to make this game a few years ago because I wanted to see apes reach a younger audience where they spend most of their time, on a screen. I hope to find them on the app stores.”
As Fuego works to bring his game to a younger crowd, he’s asking his frens around the swamp to download it tonight, not just to support a builder in the space, but also for a shot at some potty prizes.
“I think everyone should check it out at least once for many reasons including 1. To support apes building cool shit, 2. To support cool shit using ApeCoin and ApeChain, and 3. For a chance to win shitty prizes!”
