GRAIL GAME: NFT Broker And OTC Network Co-Founder EB7 Shares Advice As Yuga Labs Prepares To Launch OTC Desk For The BAYC!

As Apes catch a bid and Yuga Labs gears up to launch an over the counter desk for rare primates, the swamp’s OG NFT broker, EB7, is weighing in, sharing his thoughts on grail hunting and offering advice for anyone looking to ape in at the high end!
On Monday, Yuga Labs’ new CEO Michael Figge announced that one of his first orders of business will be setting up an over-the-counter trading desk to help onboard collectors interested in primates that aren’t listed on OpenSea but may still be available if the price is right.
“People don’t usually list grails because… they’re grails,” Figge tweeted. “Collectors want unlisted grails but they don’t know how to start the conversation and these discussions are more nuanced than an anonymous WETH offer on a marketplace. For every transaction we facilitate, we’ll be taking a small fee which will support the club going forward if you are a broker who already facilitates deals, and you'd like our help, we're open to sharing in the upside.”
As Yuga Labs gets ready to roll out this white glove service later this week, the Gazette reached out to longtime BAYC member and OTC Network Co-Founder EB7, who helped facilitate millions of dollars’ worth of over the counter deals for collectors last cycle.
“I think the only concern I have is that people are given fair prices and the people running it are actually very knowledgeable,” EB7 said. “I was in the game at the top for a very long time running all the grail apes and a lot of sellers try to take advantage of collectors and way over charge so as long as the moral compass of those in charge is great then its awesome to see.”
As the Gazette previously reported, EB7 has brokered deals for club legends like J1mmy and NobodyVault, helping clients acquire and sell some of the top NFTs in the space. Take a look at some of the NFTs he helped move below:
As Yuga Labs prepares to open its new OTC desk, EB7 also shared some advice for anyone looking to ape into grails.
“I think advice is always take it calm if you are a buyer you dont need to rush,” EB7 said. “Look at options see what speaks to you because these grails arent quick to move so if you change your mind its not as easy as a floor to just sell and get the one you like. Also I’m happy to help anyone that needs advice or has questions.”
