HOLD EM' OR FOLD EM': Yuga Labs’ Otherside Poker Night Features A High-Stakes Charity Game and Open Play Tomorrow!

Here’s the deal, Apes, Meebs, Voyagers, and more are heading to Meetropolis tomorrow night for Yuga Labs’ first-ever Otherside Poker Night. Featuring a $5,000 USD buy-in  VIP charity tournament, that will be anything but boring!

After holding its cards close to the chest for a while, Yuga Labs is ready to invite the Otherside community to take a stroll through Meetropolis, play some cards, and watch high rollers compete in a charity poker game tomorrow at 6 P.M. EST!

“Voyagers, Tomorrow at 6PM ET Join us for Otherside Poker Alpha testing,” Yuga Labs tweeted from its Otherside account this evening along with a look at the main event’s table. “We’ll have some VIP holders joining us for a $5,000 buy-in tournament. All proceeds will be donated to winner’s charity of choice via @TheGivingBlock. All participants can play sit-n-go style Texas Hold’Em poker at any table. If Poker isn’t your thing, get lost in Pixel Park and explore the bustling city of Meetropolis. Voyagers, Kodas, Meebits, BAYC, MAYC, Grailed, Moonbirds, HV-MTLs, & Kodamara can attend.”

 

 

At this time, we do not know who will be competing in the VIP tournament, but we do know that Yuga Labs Co-Founders Garga and Gordon Goner, and ImprobableIo Co-Founders Herman Narula and Peter Lipka’s primates are all seated at a table together in tonight’s post.

 

 "I'll be playing in this tomorrow," Gordon Goner tweeted. "Love the public alpha testing Garga is cooking for us on Otherside."

It also appears that MachiBigBrother’s Deathbot Ape might be at the table as well.

After Yuga Labs' post, DeGod's Founder and BAYC member Frank asked to play in the charity game and Goner said the company will get him in!
