Horn against horn. Strength against… Goblin?

Gobs are Gobs and they’re also warriors. On Friday, Grand Games of the Coliseum creator James Hall announced that his smaller, greener, and more mischievous collection, GobsOnApe, will be joining the mighty Mintotaurs in the ApeChain arena soon. Are you not entertained?

“Grimhold, your time nears,” Hall tweeted from the Mintotuars account along with a powerful Gob taking on a beast from the mountains.

 

As of tonight, we don’t know when these mystical battles between Gobs and Mintotaurs will begin or what’s at stake for the Gobs every time they enter the arena.

 

“Defeat a Minto, win his horns. Defeat a Gob, steal his toes,” DengsOnApe Founder KingPickle pondered.

 

While we wait for more details on these cross collection clashes, we already have a good idea of how the battles will play out.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the Mintotaurs hosted a pair of tournaments earlier this month, where we learned that these on chain battles are transformed into AI-generated stories. The winner is decided through a mix of strategy, real time player decisions, and a bit of blockchain luck!
