The lights are on and the machines are humming at the HV-MTL factory as Adam Weitsman and Gabe continue their work rebooting the bots!
On Monday, the HV-MTL website received a major overhaul, transforming from a static page into a working assembly line, with HV-MTLs now constantly being produced across the site.

“We are working really hard at building an amazing website for our @hvmtl2 community,” Weitsman tweeted. “Great work @Gabrielesm1- this is just the beginning! Please check it out today and comment any suggestions below!”
The upgraded site also includes an improved AMPS Portal, where holders can bridge their bots to ApeChain, purchase HV-MTLs on OpenSea, and explore the scrapyard where burned HV-MTLs go to rust.

Alongside the update, the community also got another look at the upcoming EV02 form. Eventually, holders will be able to upgrade their current bots using Amps they either earned or purchased on the secondary market.

As the Gazette previously reported, Weitsman and Gabe acquired the HV-MTL collection from Faraway Gaming Studios in September 2025. Since then, the duo has announced a secondary collection called Pets that's obtainable by burning HV-MTLs, invited holders to reactivate their bots, built an ApeChain bridge, distributed Amp pieces, and launched a set of Otherside Feels emotes alongside Yuga Labs on Amazon!
The Gazette will continue to follow all things HV-MTL and will keep you posted on what’s next for the mechs. Stay tuned for updates!
