IP Collector Aped Into Perfect Ape And Mutants Set For 200 Eth

Bored Ape Yacht Club member, IP Collector has been dropping some serious Eth on high end apes in recent days.

Yesterday evening, IP Collector, @cameronmoulene on Twitter, purchased a laser eye ape and corresponding mutants set along with a laser eye dog for 200 Eth or roughly $600,000 USD.

The Bored Ape in the bundle was Bored Ape #9165. Bored Ape #9165 is a seven trait black fur ape with a black t shirt, s&m hat and laser eyes. Based on these traits, Bored Ape #9165 is the 733rd rarest ape, according to Rarity Tools. The mutants in the bundle are the M1 and M2 versions of Bored Ape# 9165.

IP Collector’s ape and corresponding mutants set purchase comes just days after Christie’s auction house announced that its next BAYC auction will feature a laser eyed ape and its corresponding M1 and M2 mutants. Many in the BAYC sell a lot of value in these complete sets.

“Apes + their M1 and M2 mutants will be very lucrative bundles in the future," BAYC member Paper Ape tweeted. “If you got em all, diamond hand that shit.”

In total, IP Collector has spent 1000 Eth this week including 769 Eth for a Trippy Fur ape. This trippy purchase is the highest amount ever paid for a bored ape.
