MMMM J-PEGS: Adam Weitsman Purchases The Rarest Death & Taxes Citizen By Modest, A 1/1 Homer Simpson!

DOH! HV-MTL owner and NFT enthusiast Adam Weitsman may want to stock up on donuts and Duff after adding the world’s only Homer Simpson Citizen from Modest’s Death & Taxes collection to his vault!

 

MMMMM J-PEGS! On Wednesday, Weitsman purchased the rarest NFT from Modest’s recently launched Death & Taxes Citizens collection, dubbed “Homer,” for 5.19 ETH, or about $11,200 USD, saying he loves both the art and the gamification behind the project.

 

“Wanted to show my support by acquiring this grail of the death and taxes ecosystem today,” he tweeted. “ For those not familiar, D&T is a new art and social experiment by brilliant pseudonymous artist, @m0dest___ . After Weitsman’s acquisition, Modest took to the timeline to thank him for his support, and clarify that delinquent citizens aren’t burned but reminted as evaders!
