On Thursday, Made By Apes brand Boring Merch teamed up with BAYC member and artist Jacopo Lanza for the brand's first ever Boring Editions collectible poster, titled "Swamp DNA."

 

“The Boring Editions BE-001 Swamp DNA x Jacopo Lanza Art Print is now live,” Boring Merch Founder ApeWhale tweted. “The physical edition is limited to 100 claims. They're free. Just cover shipping. Once they're gone, they're gone.”

 

 

As the Gazette previously reported, ApeWhale came up with the idea for Boring Editions after creating commemorative posters for a community paintball event in Tampa, Florida. Inspired by the response, he decided to create a series that spotlights artists from around the swamp while showcasing their creations.

 

 “I wanted to show love to artists from within the ecosystem,” Ape Whale said. “I figured why not giveaway free art IRL while showcasing artists. I’m not a dev but always wanted to do something on ApeChain so that’s where the onchain NFT of the art piece came Into play.”
