From what the fuck is a Koda to what’s the deal with Jimmy the Monkey, the Bored Ape Yacht Club is full of mysteries and unanswered questions. But one of the biggest ones still shrouding the swamp is that of the thirteenth and final Mega Mutant Ape, which has yet to be revealed.

Following the fifth anniversary of the Mutant Ape Yacht Club last week, BAYC welcomed M2 Mutant Ape artist Lovans to this week’s Meet at the Clubhouse Space to talk about the collection he helped bring to life.
During the Space, Lovans told Barron and IllaDaProdcuer about his work with BAYC co-founder Gordon Goner on all the Mega Mutant Apes and said it was a special time for him as an artist.

“I knew they were going to be special in the collection, but they exceeded by expectation,” he said. “After they were launched id scroll through Twitter and watch them get revealed one by one. It’s great to see all the people excited and appreciate it. These aren’t just random drawings you put out there; you put so much heart and when they can see that if feels great.”
But one of his Mega Mutant creations has still never hit the timeline, and maybe never will.
Five years after BAYC holders were airdropped Mutant Serums for their Apes, one Mega Mutant Serum remains unchugged and dormant in Wallet 0xe9352e4e1467ac9afe483ce298d965349a01e449.
