ON THE BALLOT: This AIP Wants To Make An $Ape Themed Hotel

An $Ape-themed hotel complete with $Ape amenities, accommodations, and ambiance is on the ballot this cycle as an Ape Improvement Proposal for an $Ape-themed hotel in Bangkok goes up for a vote!
AIP-448, titled "ApeCoin Hotel," is an ecosystem allocation fund proposal written by ApeCoin DAO Contributor and Governance Working Group Steward DeSmart.
“We will launch an APE-themed hotel in a prime location in central Bangkok, Thailand,” DeSmart wrote. “Our goal is to enhance the BAYC IP Exposure, visibility and utility of ApeCoin, and generate actual revenue for ApeCoin DAO.This proposal combines IP application, the hotel industry, the arts, and the cryptocurrency field. The hotel will offer a variety of activities, including ApeCoin-themed exhibitions, an APE bar, various APE community-themed rooms, an APE swimming pool, and an MBA-themed exhibition area, fully promoting ApeCoin, ApeChain, and various APE communities. We will provide various benefits to the APE community.”
In total, DeSmart wrote that they plan to renovate five rooms of a 104-room hotel: an $Ape-themed room, an APECHAIN-themed room, an Otherside-themed room, a BAYC-themed room, and a Mocaverse-themed room, according to this reply. They will also make an $Ape-themed pool and an Ape rooftop bar.
To make this hotel a reality, DeSmart and his team are asking the ApeCoin DAO to allocate 410,000 $Ape to renovate the rooms, run this project, and give the $Ape community 50 free nights. Take a look at the budget below:
