$PENGU EVE: Pudgy Penguins Memecoin Launches Tomorrow, And Will Reward Abstract Elite Chads From The BAYC And Across The Web3 World!

It’s $PENGU Eve around the swamp and across the Web3 world as everyone eagerly awaits tomorrow morning’s Pudgy Penguins memecoin drop—a drop that’s not just for Penguins but also rewards Bored Ape Yacht Club members and holders of other NFT projects who earned the Elite Chad role in Abstract’s Discord and submitted a form last week!

On Monday, Pudgy Penguins owner Luca Netz announced that Pudgy Penguins can start claiming their $PENGU allocations tomorrow at 8 A.M. EST, with trading going live at the same time.

 

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, $PENGU isn’t just for Pudgys. Luca and the Penguin team hope this token will not only reward their community but also invite new people into their Huddle.

While it’s still unclear exactly who will receive $PENGU and how much, we do know this: 17,000 Bored Apes and other NFT holders who earned the Elite Chad role in the Abstract Discord and successfully completed the form last week will qualify for $PENGU, according to Luca.

 

As for how Elite Chads will get their coins? That’s still a mystery. But Abstract’s AbsChud took to Discord to calm any nerves, saying more details will be shared tomorrow.

 

 “Here's the gist of it: TL;DR cool down the speculating and wait until tomorrow, when an announcement is out,” he wrote. “GigaChads can help you out in the meanwhile. We have 38,000 verified Elite Chads - there were a total of 17,000 successful form submissions, as was communicated earlier. Obviously this means a lot of recent joiners, as well as sybils, did not get in. That being said: Elite Chad is meant to be a role that signifies potential contributions to Abstract's community, it's not farming or a recipe to free stuff.”
