American Tennis player Dennis Novikov aped into the Bored Ape yacht Club on Sunday, picking up a DMT fur Mutant Ape.
“Fuck it @BoredApeYC,” the Novikov tweeted along with a photo of his new mutant. “Picked up this sick #MAYC #ApefollowApe #BAYC #ETH See yall on the Otherside!”
Novikov’s mutant ape is Mutant Ape #17470. Mutant Ape #17470 is a five trait M1 DMT mutant with 3d glasses and a striped tee. Novikov purchased Mutant Ape #17470 for 23.5 Eth or $82,000 USD.
While Mutant Ape #17470 is Novikov’s first ape, the tennis player is not new to the NFT space.

Novikov is just the latest in a string of tennis players to ape into the BAYC. As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Serena Williams and her Tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou joined the swamp earlier this year.
