Marco Rubio is realizing he is his Penguin and his Penguin is him, thanks to a recently revealed birthday card that sits in his office!

United States Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been meme’d many times since taking office last year after a photo of him slumped on a couch in the Oval Office “realizing” went viral.

 

The meme doesn’t just play well online with frens and foes of the Secretary of State. His own coworkers love it, too. So much so that they made him a birthday collage featuring Rubio “realizing” he’s got a lot of work to do and plenty of hats to wear.

“Rubio has three official Trump administration jobs and a fourth unofficial title: Viral meme star,” Axios White House Reporter Marc Caputo tweeted. “The “Rubio Realizing” meme was a White House birthday gift for the secretary —and it could be helping in the polls”

The birthday card features Rubio dressed as everything from the Tin Man to a hockey player on a gold medal winning Olympic hockey team. But for Crypto frens, one rendition stood out from the rest, Rubio as Pudgy Penguins mascot Pax.

 

“The fact that we knew this months ago before it was actually revealed may be more bullish than the actual photo,” Pudgy Penguins Community Lead pp McGhee tweeted. “We have birdies everywhere.”

 

 Pudgy Penguins popping up at the White House is just the latest place that crypto’s cutest, fattest, and most flightless birds have managed to waddle their way into.
