The battle to keep Apes and $Ape safe continues after the ApeCoin DAO voted in favor of funding Boring Security DAO for another year earlier this week!
On Wednesday, the ApeCoin DAO voted almost unanimously in favor of AIP-373 titled ‘Boring Security - Runnin’ It Back,’ proposed by ApeCoin DAO Contributor and Founder of Boring Security, Feld.
Following this week's vote, the ApeCoin DAO will allocate $239,000 USD to Boring Security, which will use the money to provide $Ape liquidity on Uniswap. The fees generated by Boring Security from providing liquidity will cover the group's monthly operating expenses associated with its crypto security classes, as outlined in AIP-373.
“We’re really just looking forward to continuing what we’ve been doing and creating a whole library of self-learning experiences in as many languages as possible as well,” Feld told the Gazette. “Looking forward to creating that narrative where folks who put money in web3 owe it to themselves to understand the scam and security landscape and how to set themselves up for a safe web3 journey.”
