SUGAR RUSH!: Candy Digital Collectors Have Until Midnight Tonight To Reactivate Their Accounts And Burn Any Unwanted NFTs Ahead Of The Platform’s Move To Solana!

It’s a sugar rush in the NFT space this evening as Candy collectors reactivate their accounts and burn their unwanted NFTs ahead of tonight’s deadline!

Tonight at 12 A.M. EST, Candy’s activation and burn window will officially come to an end, marking collectors’ final chance to secure their accounts and decide the fate of their digital collectibles.

“Clock’s ticking,” Candy Digital tweeted. “You have until 11:59 PM ET TONIGHT to: complete your burns, Qualify as an "Active Fan,” and Secure migration support at no cost. To qualify, log in and view your Candy collection before the deadline. Submitted a support request for account access? You’re good to go.”

 

 

As the Gazette previously reported, Candy Digital’s new owner and CEO, Tad Smith, invited community members to burn their unwanted NFTs for 50 cents each and reactivate their accounts this month as the platform prepares to migrate to Solana soon.

“This is an important step as we continue preparing Candy for its next chapter,” Smith said.

 

Right now, collectors can make sure they’re ready for everything happening with Candy going forward by logging into their accounts and qualifying as “Active Fans,” which will allow their NFTs to automatically migrate to Solana for free!
