SuperPlastic Gave SuperBored Buyers An Update On Their Toys And Teased A New MAYC Figurine:

Superplastic emailed users today and gave them two updates on the company’s Bored Ape Yacht Club collaborations.

“WADDUP FAM,” the vinyl figurine company wrote in an email today. “The SUPERBORED packaging is being finalized. Janky & Guggimon are making sure your apes are COZY & SAFE when being delivered. Your orders are still on schedule for a November shipment LFG. Stay TUNED for more updates to come.”

Along with this message, SuperPlastic also shared a new image of the BAYC’s mascot, Curtis as an action figure.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, SuperPlastic collaborated with the BAYC earlier this year and released a collection of five vinyl figurines. Each of these items were available for 15 minutes and cost $222 USD each.

These five figurines were based off the BAYC’s mascot Curtis and Super Plastic’s Bored Ape, Bored Ape #6984 AKA Skipper.

Along with giving SuperBored buyers an update on when they will receive their figurines, SuperPlastic also teased a new image their latest Mutant Ape Yacht Club figurine.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, Superplastic announced on May 16th that the company would be basing its next Mutant Ape toy on Mutant Ape #1590.

Mutant Ape #1590 is a six trait m1 black fur mutant ape with a gold grill grin, sunglasses, and a fisherman’s hat.

The Bored Ape Gazette will continue to follow Superplastic and let you know when more information about the upcoming drop becomes available.
