The Second Quarter Of The ApeCoin DAO's Year Two Staking Rewards Began Earlier This Month. Find Out More:

The second quarter of the ApeCoin DAO’s year two staking rewards began earlier this month, with 12,500,000 $Ape or $24,000,000 USD set to be distributed across the four staking pools during this period.

The ApeCoin DAO’s staking reward program is officially at its halfway mark as the quarter two rewards of year two began being distributed on March 12, 2024.

During this second quarter, 3,750,000 $Ape will be distributed to the $Ape only Pool, 6,068,750 $Ape will be distributed to the BAYC Pool, 2,311,250 $Ape will be distributed to the MAYC Pool, and 370,000 $Ape will be distributed to the BAKC Paired Pool, according to a previous post from former ApeCoin DAO Special Council Member Gerry.

As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the DAO is distributing 175 million $Ape to stakers over the three-year lifespan of the staking protocol, with 50 million coins being disbursed throughout the program’s second year, as outlined in AIP 21 and AIP 22

 

Quarter three of the ApeCoin DAO’s second year of staking is set to begin on or around June 10, 2024.
