THIS IS A RAID: ApeCoin’s 0xSimpleFarmer Lays Out Plan To Hyper-Financialize $Ape And Make It The Culture Coin!

Back in the early days of NFTs, Bored Ape Yacht Club members raided Twitter comment sections and Clubhouse Spaces. Now the ApeCo team has its sights set on raiding other blockchains and the first stop is Solana! This is a RAID!

On Friday, ApeCoin’s Head of DeFi and Development, 0xSimpleFarmer, posted a new article on X titled “The Ticker is $Ape: Project R.A.I.D,” detailing his and the team’s Rapid ApeCoin Integration Deployment, RAID, plans to put $Ape everywhere and transform it from just a governance token into the culture coin.

The RAID begins by making sure $Ape is everywhere users are. That starts with expanding ApeCoin’s accessibility on every DEX and CEX, growing its presence across the DeFi space, making it a borrowable asset, and establishing itself in the perpetuals and options markets.

“All together, they give both fresh and OG ApeCoin holders ways to stake, farm, and compound,” 0xSimpleFarmer wrote. “The best ability is availability.”

With RAID, 0xSimpleFarmer says $Ape can become a top 20 token by market cap.

0xSimpleFarmer’s Project RAID is the first major initiative to come out of ApeCo, the newly created business established to replace the ApeCoin DAO and whose mission is to strengthen the core pillars of the Yugaverse: ApeChain, BAYC, and Otherside.

Late last night, Yuga Labs CEO Garga tweeted that the hyper-financialization of $Ape is critical and teased that this would be one of ApeCo’s first orders of business.

“ApeCo has a bunch of jobs. One of them is to hyper-financialize ApeCoin,” he tweeted. “ApeCoin should be on every centralized and decentralized exchange, and usable with any dApp where holders can earn yield, farm, or capture value. It needs to be integrated across EVERY relevant chain and protocol, with MUCH deeper liquidity across the board. So you can bridge it, loop it, stack it. Do whatever the fuck you want with it. @_PPMan_ and the team are working on just that.”
