As many around the Web3 space are tripping out, these bored brothers aped into a Trippy fur primate.

Things were anything but boring around the swamp late Wednesday night as business partners and brothers, Conviction and MikeMeUpP, purchased Bored Ape #2376 for 149.70 Eth or $286,700 USD.

Bored Ape #2376 is a six-trait trippy fur primate with a halo and a Vietnam jacket. Based on these traits, Bored Ape @2376 is the 1534th most bored Bored Ape, according to Rarity Tools.

“I’ve always wanted a Trippy/Blue Beams ape,” Conviction tweeted after tonight’s purchase. “This is the first I ever own, and with none only than my brother and partner @MiKeMeUpP (who owns most of it by a margin tbh). Apes aren't dead, the show goes on.”

MikeMeUpP echoed his brother’s thoughts on the BAYC and said that he’s looking forward to whatever comes next!

“I have always wanted to get a trippy ape so I guess today is that day,” MikeMeUpP tweeted. “Blood is in the water and I have no idea how much lower we'll go but happy to check this box off and enjoy the ride.”
