WADDLE AND RIP: Pudgy Penguins X Kakawow Trading Cards Are Now Available In South Korea At Fellow Penguin Wonnie’s Moca Card Shop!

Pax is in packs in more places than ever this week as Pudgy Penguins announced that its latest trading cards have waddled their way to South Korea!

On Monday, Pengu Asia took to the timeline and announced that South Korea’s huddle can now purchase Pudgy Penguins x Kakawow trading cards at Moca Card Shop in Seoul, which is owned by fellow huddler Wonnie.

“Physical card shops are where collectors discover new sets, rip packs together, trade their pulls, and build communities. Bringing Pudgy Penguins Kakawow cards into these spaces introduces the huddle to a much wider TCG audience.”

As the Gazette previously reported, Pudgy Penguins first announced its partnership with Kakawow, one of Asia’s leading collectible card brands, last month as the penguins looked to bring their IP to even more collectors around the world.

“Collectible cards are one of the world's biggest entertainment categories, reaching hundreds of millions of collectors across the world,” Pudgy Penguins tweeted. “We're proud to join Kakawow alongside Disney, Marvel, and Harry Potter, and introduce Pudgy Penguins, Pengu, and Web3 IP to a new audience.”

 

 

The set features more than 136 licensed Pudgy Penguins from the community, along with chase cards featuring the brand’s mascots, Pax and Polly, and even a 1/1 autograph card signed by Pudgy Penguins CEO Luca Netz!
