WELCOME ABORED: Fortnite Pro Bucke Joins ApeCoin DAO Funded Swamp Gaming Esports Team!

It’s signing day in the ApeChain ecosystem as the ApeCoin DAO funded esports team, Swamp Gaming, signs a Fortnite pro with over 400,000 YouTube subscribers and more than 600,000 plus X followers to the squad!
Things were anything but boring on Tuesday when Swamp Gaming took to the timeline and announced that BuckeFPSwould be joining the team.
For those unfamiliar with BuckeFPS, he’s a 20-year-old professional Fortnite player and streamer with 32 top-three finishes at Fortnite events, including 14 first-place victories over the years, accoridng to Esports Fornite Wiki.
“Finally long fucking awaited,” BuckeFPS said on stream after Swamp Gaming’s post. “Im hoping bro that this is something I can stay on for the rest of my career bro…huge shoutout to SG!”
After today’s announcement, Swamp Gaming Founder and COO Moe Zahria welcomed BuckeFPS to the swamp!
“Welcome to the Swamp @BuckeFPS,” he tweeted. “A legendary personality with over 2,000,000 followers, @apecoin continues to shine with Swamp Gaming as the greatest web3 gaming AIP ever done on chain. Shoutout to award winning esports photographer @Valerovzla as well!”
As the Bored Ape Gazette previously reported, the ApeCoin DAO approved Bored Ape Yacht Club member TFG’s Swamp Gaming Ape Improvement Proposal in February 2024.
Looking ahead, Apes and $APE holders can expect to see Swamp Gaming House content, live streams of Yugaverse games across various channels, and contests hosted by the Swamp Gaming team, according to TFG’s proposal.
