10KTF's Federation Of Kagami Transport Will Be Hosting a 'Press Junket' for Its Upcoming Race, Coincidentally On The First Day Of ApeFest!

Speculation in the 10KTF community is off to the races today after the project announced that it will be hosting a Streets of New Tokyo Press Junket on Friday, October 18th, which coincidentally is the first day of ApeFest!

It was a fast and furious Thursday around New Tokyo as the Federation of Kagami Transport’s Race Director announced that the organization will be hosting a Press Junket for the event on October 18th from 2-5 P.M. CET.

“FKT Race Director: “It’s almost that time, mark your calendars for this season’s Press Junket,” he tweeted along with a flyer for the event. “More details coming soon.”

 

 

Immediately after the post, astute Apes like Claw, Pretzels, and Fab quickly pointed out that October 18th is the first day of ApeFest.

At this time, we do not know what the Federation of Kagami Transport and Wagmi-San are planning, but we do know that the idea of a race of some sort around New Tokyo has been alluded to for weeks.

“The Federation of Kagami Transport is pleased to announce this season’s circuit will be located on the Streets of New Tokyo,” 10KTF tweeted along with a new teaser trailer of an 893 car on July 18th. “Preparations and team registration will follow the standard FKT regulations, skill-based guidelines, and fall circuit schedule."

 

Additionally, we know that Grailed recently named the FKT Fall Circuit’s three racetracks: "Nose Knows" (because it looks like a nose), "Peachy Bottoms," and "Wagmi Way."
