APE AUDITION: American Ape Will Be Holding A Casting Call For His ApeCoin DAO Funded Series Soon!

Bored Ape Yacht Club members prepare for your close ups and get ready to ‘BASH’ your way into the spotlight soon because the AmericanApe will be holding an open casting call for his ApeCoin DAO funded animated series in just a few weeks!

Four months after the ApeCoin DAO approved AIP-279 titled 'Bored Apes Storm Hollywood (BASH-AIP): Expanding the Ecosystem with Battle-tested IP Veteran and the Batman Producers,' the proposal's author, Ramon Govea, AKA American Ape, announced that he is looking for Apes to act in his animated series!

“Hey fam! It’s almost time to start the casting process for the American Ape animated pilot,” American Ape tweeted. “We’re just a few weeks away! Details to come at the end of the month, in cooperation with @ThankApe @apecoin& @MythDivision.”

The Bored Ape Gazette reached out to AmericanApe for more information but did not immediately hear back.

While we do not know much about the series’ upcoming casting call, we do know that AmericanApe plans to produce a 20–22-minute pilot episode and then work towards securing ‘distribution for a full eight to ten episode animated season on a major streaming platform,’ according to his AIP.
