APE INTO THE SHITTER: Command Line Announces That Bathroom Blitz Is Back On Otherside!

Command Line just flushed Voyagers’ weekend plans down the drain after announcing that Bathroom Blitz was back and available on the Windows client now and that everyone else can ape in next week!
On Friday, shit got real around the swamp after the stalls inside the Bored Ape Yacht Club bathroom opened back up, inviting the community to shrink down and shoot it out with their online frens once again.
“BLITZ SEASON 1 is LIVE,” Command Line tweeted. “Bathroom Blitz returns to @OthersideMeta with a full rebuild: • New UI • New gunplay • New VFX & animations • Backend upgrades + performance optimizations • New social features (chat, parties, community) Jump in and tell us what you think.”
As the Gazette previously reported, Bathroom Blitz is a team deathmatch style game where players are shrunk down and shoot it out with one another, set inside the very same bathroom where the Bored Ape Yacht Club began back in 2021.
During its debut last year, the game quickly became a community staple with ApeCoin hosting a $10,000 tournament and Apes, Meebits, Voyagers, and more shooting it out in the shitter.
Not only is Bathroom Blitz fun, it’s also historic!
The game was the first ever experience developed and launched on Otherside by a third party using Yuga Labs’ Otherside Development Kit, the same tools every Otherdeed holder will one day have access to.
